• NiCr 2080 as heat source---clean & efficient.
  
• The heating wire is protected by anti-dryburn mechanism to prevent from breakage due to lack of air.
• Patented design wiring & hollow tunnel allows air to pass through the heating wire evenly & directly, hence the heat exchange rate nearly 100% with little pressure loss.
  
• Heater is constrolled by PID/SSR, hence high precision, fast response & long life span.
  
• Several overheat protection mechanisms could sufficiently protect machine, capable of 365-day nonstop operation.
  
• K-type thermocouple is installed at outlet to indicate & control the temperature of exit air.
  
• Top grade multifibre type heat conservative abestoes is used to minimize heat loss.
  
• Continuous exit air temperature is 350/500℃
• Reflow type hot air generator applies patented cooling mechanism, it allows inlet air up to 230/400℃ (continuously). Standard type machine applies inverter to adjust the air flow & pressure, and is equipped with wired remote connector.
  
• Temperature controller precision rate: Standard type (S) ±0.5%; Economic type (E) ±1.0% General type(G) ±1.0%.
